1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how 10k Game Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the mobile application Shinto Wisdom — Daily Practice (the “App”), including when you download it from Google Play.
By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information we may collect
We design the App to focus on daily reflection content. Depending on how you ship the App, we may collect:
- Information you provide — e.g. if you add feedback or contact us, we receive what you send.
- Device and technical data — e.g. device type, OS version, app version, and diagnostic logs, if you enable crash reporting or analytics.
- Usage data — e.g. which screens or features are used and general interaction patterns, if analytics are enabled.

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International users
If you access the App from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws.
Add GDPR / UK GDPR lawful bases, Data Protection Officer contact, and standard contractual clauses if you serve EU/UK users.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object or port data. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can also review permissions in your device settings and Google Play account.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, where allowed by law.
