The gun is not the body.
A robot uprising has taken the outpost room by room. Pick one of six survivors and fight back to the bridge the same way it was lost — one locked door at a time. Twin-stick aim from the first room: the weapon sprite rotates 360° independent of movement. Clear the wave, draft a skill card, the next door opens.
Independent aim
One station, five rooms
Airlock (no combat) → Barracks drone swarm → Engine room elite → Cargo bay special unit → Bridge boss. Middle three rooms shuffle order each run. Four weapon pickups mid-fight — laser gun, shotgun, machine gun, laser beam — swap on the fly.
Enemy escalation by type, not spam: drone → common → elite → special → boss. ~15–30 minute runs, replayable via room order, hero choice, and card draft.

Clear any room (except Airlock): pick 1 of 3 skill cards from the UI pack’s 39-card pool across 5 color themes. Small picks compound by the Bridge fight. Animated PlayStation and Xbox button glyphs wired in for on-screen prompts from day one.
HUD, charging bars, and victory menu ship pre-built in the Sci-Fi UI pack. Assets owned · GDD v0.2 · Steam candidate once core loop is fun.
