Isekai Express
Passengers, Destinies, and One Very Tired Conductor
You died. You were supposed to get an isekai. Instead you got a job — assistant to an ancient conductor on the train that ferries souls to their fantasy worlds. Profile passengers, mop ectoplasm, spin the Wheel of Second Chances, and watch everyone else board their destiny while you hold the mop.
Scope
Read people · run the train · nudge fate
Assets: GuttyKreum Train Interiors + Exteriors (owned), Seliel characters, MutterPixel world-window composites — $0 additional spend. Target: Steam $4.99–$6.99. GDD v0.1 complete.
v1.0 target: five world destinations, full Wheel (Legendary Hero to TREE), conductor arc to Ending A, back-car regulars, gods on the phone — including the same chaotic goddess from Not My First Isekai.
Wheel of Second Chances: returning heroes spin Legendary Hero → TREE → Chainmail Bikini → ??? — chaos, comedy, occasionally devastating. Back-car regulars accumulate across runs.
Conductor arc: ancient, emotionally unavailable, deflects with paperwork — the relationship underneath the comedy is the emotional core. Ending A resolves the filing error; stay-or-go choice lands late game.
Universe: Ships last of all isekai titles — conductor has met every MC in the catalog. Takumi’s subway death was this train: “Ah. The one who didn’t want to go back.” Same chaotic goddess as Not My First Isekai. Est. 8–10 weeks · Dialogic 2.
