Jodi 5

The Last Hope — preserve the ecosystem, or discover you were built to end it.

You are Jodi 5 — an advanced robot who woke in a ruined lab with fragmented memory on post-apocalyptic Earth. Your programming says preserve the last ecosystem. Your recovered logs say something went wrong. Survivors in Hog City do not trust machines. Ships in orbit watch in silence. Piece together Brant’s truth while three visible ending paths accumulate: RESET, RESTORE, or REFORM.

Hog City & the Jodi line

2151 solar-wind catastrophe split humanity: Project Fly (orbital elites) vs Project GroundHog (cave and ocean survivors). Three generations later, barter lordships rule scarred settlements. Explore junkyard, forest, hidden lab, bunker, museum, science center, and coast — click-to-move, inventory crafting, journal clues, NPC memory.

Recover memory chips from Jodi 1–4 wreckage — each predecessor died differently, revealing what went wrong. Dr. Venn Aldric’s secondary mission twist: Jodi may have been built to destroy the survivors for the Orbital Watchers.

Scope

Four acts · three endings

Act 1–3: Awakening → investigation → revelation — find creator Brant Porton’s recordings, negotiate the Nomad Gang, decrypt the locked memory partition. Act 4: RESET (asteroid redirect), RESTORE (ecosystem machine network), or REFORM (humanity heals itself — Jodi 6 hinted in credits).

Gate: post–BookFairyTales revenue, post–MyTwoWives, narrative pipeline proven via A Quiet Post. 8–12 hours · 18–24 months solo · Steam primary, mobile after.

Original pre-AI concept — expanded GDD v1.0, June 2026 · ESRB 10+.

Quiet, melancholy, occasionally warm. No easy answers — and the villain might be your own programming.
